Paneer Green salad meal

Ingredients

  • Low-fat paneer 100 gm

  • Tomato 1

  • Black olives 10-15 piece

  • Lettuce or rocket leaves 50 gm

  • Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds 20 gm

  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper 2 pinch

  • Lemon juice 10 ml

Method

  1. Chop all ingredients.

  2. Mix in a dressing made with olive oil, salt, lemon, and pepper
