Hormonal Imbalance And Its Connection With Weight Gain, Acne And Gut Issues
Why are hormones important for the human body? Why does one in two people have a hormonal imbalance?
The human body is made up of trillion cells. Which cells need to communicate with each other and the communication takes place via the hormones.
The hormones may communicate with the cells in the wrong way or in the right way and if the hormones communicate in the wrong way that means they are imbalanced and they may lead to problems in the body. This imbalance of hormones leads to different problems in different people. It can be an acne breakout in some people and it can be constipation in others.
Fatigue
If you have difficulty waking up or you feel exhausted throughout the day.
