Bajra Poha

Easy & Healthy Bajra Poha


3-4 T bajra poha, peas, carrot, capsicum, beans, onion, tomato, mustard seeds, green chilies, half lemon, salt.


  1. Place 3-4 tablespoons of bajra poha in a sieve and wash it lightly. Drain the water and keep it aside for 7-10 min.

  2. In a frying pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil on a medium flame. Add mustard seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute till the onion becomes light brown.

  3. Add all the vegetables and saute for another couple of minutes on a medium flame.

  4. Now add bajra poha and cook it for 2-3 min. While stirring it continuously to avoid overcooking.

  5. Turn off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well.
